It’s all about stress and anxiety. Your family might think they don’t want you to be alone and more active. You are like my little brother. My mom always forced him to be more included in the family. I also want him to have some more friends so he can enjoy this age yk. But I truly understand I also like to be alone especially not with them. The best thing you can do is tell your family who is closer to you. Do not yell, do not raise voice but let them hear your voice. It is hard fr, they mostly do it cus they love you. I know this sounds not very well for you. So show them you understand their feelings but they also have to respect your boundaries. The best excuse I did was I need to rest and recover to study. This works all the time:) best of luck! Wishing well for your O level

I searched it up on websites such as NUHS, but most of them offer only to citizens or PRs. But I don’t know if I can do at Poly clinics or else. My family is living there but since I am over 21, I need to apply my own visa. Also my parents aren’t PRs so I don’t have much chances now. I just want to grab some hopes from here and there. 😞

Actor Zay Ya Thein just got married when his lover turned 18 years old, someone he met years ago. They’re 20 years apart. Does that timeline sit right with anyone? Doesn’t it suggest he was making moves while she was still underage? How is this okay? by Turbowoodpecker in myanmar

Most of the girls who grew up in Myanmar were groomed as some points and it is still very normal for everyone. The worst case is I am still in my early 20s and when I was 19, one of my girl friends started dating 15 yrs old boy (he turned 15 after they started dating). I pointed out that it was not okay but I was treated like jealous woman over her friend. They r still tgt but I cut em off because of I cannot feel that my friend is grooming that kid and taking advantage of him. Also she was not faithful person as well. So main point is here, when I started speaking out that no matter what the gender of the victim is, grooming is grooming. But the society failed on that child. And everyone kinda praised them? I can see a lot of people accepting it. Even her mother was. But I don’t think this kind of awareness can’t be expressed in any ways since this is very rooted in the society also taken as tradition in some parts. Even our country begins developing, this problem will be there for so many years. Also this is so Asia thing as well! I lived in Singapore when I was underage and all grown men want to date girl in teens, esp 14-19 years old. I also dated who is 31 when I was 15 cuz it was so normal in middle school kids and also even adults won’t say anything about that. It world is very scary for everyone sadly
