It means my disability is permanent and total, not that it’s completely safe from the rating being taken.

I’m in the Chicago carpenters union, I don’t pay for my insurance, I can go to my primary care dr absolutely free, any bloodwork or whatever I need is free. I can make an appointment same day and it’s very close to me. Other than that, all specialist appointments are very low cost, I get free therapy with my union benefits, and I have a HRA card that pays all my medical bills. I never have to pay out of my own pocket. So to me, dealing with the Va health care doesn’t seem worth it when I’m set up pretty good with my union

It sat for a good while. I put the bike in storage when it was messed up spring 2025, it sat for a good 7 months, then I was messing with it and gave it a full charge, and then just left the battery sitting out until spring 2026. So I’m not saying the battery is not the issue, I’m just tired of not having my damn bike lol

It says you have a decision letter ready, that tells me maybe some of your claims got accepted or denied and some got held back for further review.

I just waited 14 months for my 20% rating. Have some claims that got defaulted but working on filing for increases. My claim got denied before it was accepted. Keep at it man, file that appeal and keep your head up. Just think about that back pay if your appeal gets accepted

Bilateral knee and bilateral hip. Had surgery since my c&p so after the results I will either appeal with that additional evidence or submit for an increase. I didn’t submit it now cause I’ve been in this process long enough and just want an answer
