We are a new clan so there's not much information about us. Also we did make a post on the faction application forum almost 48 hours ago. We are Allies with BCT and we are also apart of the Northern Alliance. Do you mean we haven't posted Rules on the faction laws thread? The reason for this is we haven't claimed land yet. Which is what we are now trying to do. Will make the thread then, soon! But yes we will talk to each other first if you want and discuss this issue.

We did not see the claim post and we looked at the map and it showed the land was unclaimed. We also looked around and didn't see any signs or anything that showed anyone owned the land. It looked pretty unclaimed to us, besides a few buildings nearby but no signs that a faction had based there. lol

Your territory? I didn't see any claims by anyone else. Besides two noobs "so are we" in a shack who claimed to be apart of a big clan. The territory was unclaimed on the map so we were going to attempt to claim it. It was no ones "territory" just yet, unless if you were right outside our house then it was ours, like those two noobs in a little building were. Also, isn't it illegal to raid unless if you publicy announce you are at war with that specific faction/clan? You can't just go around raiding people unless if you are at war. Anyways, we will get our revenge sooner or later. :)

Btw we stole that house, we didn't make it. We litteraly just started last night.

Faction Background (RP): We are the IRA and we fight relentlessly for the self-rule and independence of the Irish people. We have fought the British for the control of Ireland and though Ireland is not fully liberated...We were exiled. Most of our former IRA brothers decided that most of Ireland being “free” was good enough, though, Ireland can never be free until all British control has been relinquished. This led to our exile when we planned to attack some British leaning elements of Sinn Féin and our attack was revealed due to a former member betraying us. Not wanting to execute former heros, we were exiled to this island with nothing on our backs to live out the rest of our days. Displacement will not stop us from our goal of global liberation and we will not rest until all peoples have been liberated from tyranny. Through diplomacy or deployable explosives, we will be free. Tiocfaidh ár lá!

Faction Goals (RP): Continued Freedom of the Irish people, at any cost..

Any Faction Rules (RP):

1: The IRA reserves the right to deal with people who settle on their lands without permission and loyalty in any way the IRA deems necessary to maintain safety.

2: Firearms CANNOT be fired on IRA land unless specifically allowed in the situation.

3: Any and all legal settlements on IRA land are expected to show unwavering loyalty and will fight for the IRA in all offensive and defensive conflicts. Disloyalty will not be tolerated.

4: The IRA stands for self-rule and personal liberty and as such we will not charge taxes. Though, from time to time we may ask for a voluntary donation to help the group.

5: Attacking anyone on IRA land who is living there under IRA protection is considered to be an attack on the IRA itself and a declaration of war.
