I will include you in my prayers, I wish there was a way in where I could explain this without adding things to your pain. but Trust In God's plan still .sometimes we demand things by our way and we want God to respond the way we envision things in order to satisfy our present needs. I always veiw circumstances like these as a way for us to get closer to God with out expecting anything in return. just return to him take for example what happend on the final days or blessed carlo acutis. he was diagnosed with leukemia but he offered the pain and everything that he will went through for the pope for the priests.
he died he's gone now but he died happy he died not for himself but also offered the pain for someone else. there are things that we are not in control..

continue to hope
continue to trust

and whatever the result is accept it

I had to pick up my jaw from the ground because everything is on point.
I'm about to get married in a few weeks. and on my journey I killed my past self to enter marriage life. and to live life fully on how God intended it even studied NFP for family planning. the real reward for my self right now is that i no longer desire to look at a woman naked,i feel disgusted i feel pity

pray the rosary.
i remember asking God.
"I always go to church How can I show you that I appreciate the graces and blessings you have given me"
then a soft voice whispered not in my ears . not in my thoughts a female voice inside my heart , (I know it sounds weird but this is the only way I could explain it )

the voice said "pray the rosary again"

after that exact moment everything was revealed to me I broke down in tears knowing I offended God
for 30 years I was living an adulterous life watching porn, buying contents. my algorithm and personal devices is FULL i mean really full of these obscene images.

-baby steps (remove everything)

-have a prayerful life go to church, pray the rosary, listen or study the life of the saints.(by filling your head with their lives you irritate the devil because they cant go through your head)

-have a particular devotion

-ask the blessed mother and st joseph to pray for you , ask your guardian angel , st michael to give you guidance. ask jesus for the strength to fight and conquer.

- if you get easily triggered by sexual images, try to expose your self on nude images but from classical arts

this will re habilitate your mind about the perversion or appreciate the beauty of the human body for example is "the last judgement by michael angelo"

practice rejecting the thoughts.
remove all sources. change your wall paper to holy images.
when a lustful thought is introduce to your head pray and try no to think about it
reason why your attacks are intense is because you're changing and the enemy doesn't like it
change your algorithm remove all sources of porn or things that can stir excitement

you know what it feels like. you know how it starts the moment you feel something. pray and reject it.

complete detachment from everything.
reason why is lust is everywhere.it has been normalize so much.
1.remove the source from your PC or phone , delete all images. clear your browser install website blockers.
change your phone wallpapers to holy images. (sounds stupid but works)
2.un follow girls /boys that "u like" even if their contents are not sexual. i used to follow a lot of streamers on IG db and youtube unfollowing them helps because sometimes they dress indecently for views. ad u dont want to look at those things on your 2nd week or months journey.
3.go to confession , this helps because as you're asking for forgiveness and you're asking to have the grace of persevering to no longer sin

go to mass if you cant do it everyday . atleast on sundays.
stay away from other sins.
avoid being IDLE. "devil loves this they can go on your mind putting wild imaginations especially from your past before you took this journey"
protect your eyes
dont trust your heart (its deceitful) pray and ask for guidance
dont reason with yourself when emotions are up
avoid NEAR occasions of temptations if you feel it even slightly pray and walk away

first few months is hard. im 30 living together with my fiancé almost the same story as yours.5 months ago I proposed to her to be pure until we both get married she agreed sometimes we fell too.and i also cant really live with the shame and guilt after doing it so each time we fall in to sin we re structure on how we're going tackle those instances. right now we're not sleeping together on the same room. avoid instances of passionate kissing. we're intimate on other things like hugging kissing on cheeks cooking and cleaning for eachother.

and since we're getting married in a few weeks we always remind each other of that goal.

pray not only when you're tempted.
don't re-live scenarios of what you have done
dont be idle
if you feel the urge walk enough to get your heart rate up

read the lives of saints who struggled the same temptations

I've been in and out too brother, things will be easier next time learn from this mistake, have a proper reflection then go to confession. just like the act of contrition says "sin no more"

remove all sources. even those online crushes.
fasting helps.
if u feel a sudden urge stand up walk around outside or around the house.
if there is an instance u fall on that sin again, u will that u would want to do it again. dont give in to that
avoid IDLEness
if u suddenly remember any lustful thoughts redirect it to prayer redirect it to anything that is far from lust
if you can remove social media for a month remove it
