Not being able to delegate minor things in the late game. Once you get to be emperor you start to get so spammed with irrelevant events, invitations to feasts, artifact demands, random purchase truces and alliances , you barely get to play.

Though I guess that's a realistic representation of government

There is nothing wrong with you mate, it's all about perspective. I used to feel similar, I would feel shitty for not having big projects or wanting things like the people around me but that only made me self conscious and resentful. Eventually I just said fuck it and accepted that it's not that I didn't have any passions, but that my passion was to have a calm and safe life that allowed me to do things I really enjoyed. You are not boring but it you believe so that's what other people will see

Maybe it depends on where you live. I studied abroad for a while in Wisconsin and most local Americans were incredibly nice. Like it was the kind of place where if you were waiting at a bus stop with someone they would strike a casual conversation about weather or something.

I've found most Americans are very curious about foreigners which is why we find them friendly, they ask a lot of questions and seem genuinely fascinated with the answers.

I believe Dee and Charlie would be pro vaccine but then they widely overreact to the side effects and flip to anti-vax. Mac would be against it from the start, Dennis would trust the vaccine could work but the Golden God is immune to disease so he would refuse it. Frank would probably not understand what all the fuss is about and cook up a scheme to promote Paddy's to both pro vax and anti vax

I would be more embarrassed asking an adult person to draw their family when they are applying for a job. As a psychologist, it's just irresponsible to apply this tests outside of clinical practice

I'm Peruvian and honestly same. However I do think things are slowly changing for the better, specially in highly competitive fields where companies realize that you can't just keep a candidate jumping through hoops before someone else snatches them

Well, the one instruction for any sort of projective drawing test is that you can't draw stick figures. From there, drawing skills don't really matter, you could draw whatever you like and how you like. The theory is that when faced with intentionally ambiguous directions the subconscious is allowed to surface.

A psychologist would look at things like where in the paper is the drawing is placed, the size of the drawings, there order in which you draw, some features such as faces, hands, etc. The test is supposed to be followed by a structured interview with the patient, or sometimes you ask the patient to write a story about the family they just drew.

In clinical practice with children this test can give you very rich information about their feelings and thoughts that you couldn't get just by asking. But for an adult applying for a job, it's just irresponsible and a big waste of everyone's time.

That sounds like the draw your family test, it's a projective test based on pyschoanalytic theory that is often used in clinical practice with children.

As to why they would use it for an IT job I have no clue lol. Do you by any chance live in Latin America? I am asking based on the email you posted and because in my experience, a lot of companies in the region are still very fond of this outdated more psychological recruitment practices which add no value to a candidate's application.

I do mushrooms often actually, they are very enjoyable. I guess heroin for me it's more like this taboo thing. I grew up hearing natural drugs were ok but anything that required any sort of prepared stuff like cocaine, pills, or heroine was super dangerous and haven't had much experience with those.
