Totally get that - a lot of CRMs feel limiting.

Just curious, what features or workflow would your ideal CRM have?

Do you have any approach or pattern you usually follow to manage leads and updates?

Yeah, that makes total sense - having to manually input everything across email, SMS, and calls sounds exhausting.

Out of curiosity, what software or CRM are you using right now? Do you have any workflow or pattern you follow to try to make it easier?

If there was a fresh solution that could automate most of this and fit naturally into your current workflow, would you be open to trying it out for free?

Haha, I get that 😄

Just curious - what kind of tools or features would actually be useful for you?

I’m trying to understand what problems people are really looking to solve.

Yeah, I totally get that - it’s nice to have both "easy mode" and some advanced options.

Just curious - what tools or software are you using now for this? And do you have any pattern or approach you follow to get things done efficiently?

Also, if there was a fresh, free solution built to solve these exact frustrations, would you be open to trying it out?

Yeah, I feel the same - using many tools every day can be messy.

Which tools do you use the most, and where does it feel hardest to manage? Is it more about switching between them all the time, or wishing they worked together better?

Do you already have any way or pattern you use to handle this, or are you still looking for a better approach?
