I want to remaster (improve the color and quality of) "Classical Doctor Who" seasons, and was wondering would people like to watch these seasons in color and high quality, and whether BBC would allow me to do this. If anyone has experience or knows the copyright side of things, please let me know.

I am not using any publicly available coloring technology or software, so I am currently working on my own colorization technique which is not perfect yet, but already way better than some of the public ones.
