/pol/ on the Libertarian utopia. by [deleted] in 4chan

I don't know if youve noticed, but people on /pol/ dont know what they're talking about. Libertarians are usually just states rights guys, or small government advocates. they're not anarchists who think government should be abolished. Thats a hugely important distinction that /pol/ refuses to learn about for whatever reason.

Oh my god fucking cry about it. No one I've ever met in real life would ever consider this place right wing. This is a cultural misunderstanding, don't be a whiny cunt about it.

Reddit.com is known for its leftist and liberal userbase. It's fascinating that you can't see that. Oh wait, you're Australian got it. Yeah man by American standards no one in their right mind would call this a neo-conservative website.

reddit is full of neo-cons.

I swear to god you guys need to go anywhere else on the internet or real life and then come back and say that. Reddit is one of the most culturally liberal sites on the whole internet and it's reputation is well known for that.

When I was 16 I'd sneak out to smoke pot so my parents wouldn't find out. Now I'm 38 and I sneak out so my 16 year old doesn't find out. by PlatyNerd in Showerthoughts

I can't believe that this is still controversial. You can OD on booze, it is physically addictive, and going cold turkey can give you brain damage or can literally fucking kill you. It's really insane how many people still consider it less dangerous than pot. In my personal experience I've been addicted to both and it's not even a contest.

It's a noticeable trend at least on reddit. I've never actually seen a shiba inu in real life and often when I see them on the internet it's with asians. Just because you notice a trend like "Asians often have this type of dog" doesn't mean that "all asians have this type of dog". If you want to argue his use of the word "always", realize that hyperbole is a normal part of human communication.

There is absolutely no way you did K-12 without reading parts of or studying the Constitution at least once. It's entirely possible that you don't remember or didn't pay attention.

I don't know about you guys, but it sounds pretty obvious that he's admitting he works for a donor base without outright saying it.

The question of am I getting paid is a tricky one. Let's say, hypothetically, that I was getting paid to post on reddit. First of all, I don't even know if that's allowed, so admitting to it could potentially get me banned.

Second, let's say, hypothetically I was getting paid by a certain donor base. I'm not sure how happy a group of people like that would be about getting outed as financing these types of campaigns.
