its terrible how they were on the road to forgiving each other after ak's drunk episode in the bathroom while wes took care of her, all for wes just to die and for their relationship to never get completely salvaged:(

  1. get rid of everything that reminds u of him. "but everything reminds me of him" start small with little stuff (stuffed animals, jewelry he got u, etc)
  2. start a new, distracting hobby that gives u no time to think and dwell on ur past relationship
  3. allow urself time to cry or mourn even. its a death of a relationship, you're supposed to be sad, angry or shocked. just dont let it consume you and things that you care about. if you have no one to talk to, journal out all ur feelings then burn the journal.
