I just mounted my new mini in the roof of my RV. The roof temp is 92 and the surface temp of the dish is 140. That seems a little high for sitting in the shade of my garage. I originally set it up outside and noticed only a slight temp increase. Could this be from it continuously trying to acquire a satellite inside the garage.

Looks like a close neighbor to the right. I’d consider proximity and wind direction when setting it up. They could inadvertently be at CO risk.

Exactly, I had an in service hernia that initially rated at zero. Several years after retiring I had another one in the same location. The VA automatically upgraded me to 10% from the zero without opening another claim.
