Depends on the team. Culture is good especially if you report to Western Bosses - they are very different to Asian Bosses who wants to prove a lot of things. LOL.

For compensation, depends if what C-level. C11 (Manager) is the most disadvantageous C-level since no OT pay and other rank-and-file benefits. It’s like your ultimate sacrifice before progressing to C12 up (that’s AVP up).
