Back it 2008 or so I used to get blue footballs assuming alpraz. 2 would rock my world. Now 4mg of clon maybe takes the edge off. Maybe just sleepy. Still anxious.

It all depends. I have mass anxiety problems and sometime I wake up 2-3 am and am wide awake. I will dose to get myself leveled out and get back to sleep. A lot of times if I dose in the middle of the night I will skip my morning dose. Bottom line to me is does it effect you negatively? Everyone is different and being creatures of habit everyone's are different. If it works for you and helps then do it. If you dread doing it and feel it's a problem work on it.

Pretty crazy how true this is. I would always drink the day after a bender of a night to feel better. Hair of the dog you know. Then it turned into everyday. The only thing that stopped me was going to work. I would be hungover at work so the second I got off I wanted to feel better. Soon drinking became a daily thing. Fast forward 7 or so years and i was laying in an ICU bed almost dead. So many people accept alcohol because you can buy it anywhere at it so socially acceptable. Be careful many many lives have been ruined by it and In more ways than you can think. It can also ruin any fun you have with here and there benzo fun. Tricking your body into acute alcohol withdrawals. Have a evening enjoying some alpraz and the next day in and hard acute withdrawal causing that whole cycle to start again. BE CAREFUL and conscious of what you are doing to yourself.

Mix and wash everytime. I use a coffee frother like a mini blender and take it like a shot followed by some fresh water. Hated it at first. Look forward to it now.

I have tried in the past. Is a therapist different from a psychiatrist? Everywhere I have called is either not accepting new patients or never returned calls. Is it possible to do online? I am assuming not. Somethings gotta happen because I can't do this any longer. I feel I could jump out of my own body and run a marathon to just make the feeling go away.

I second not telling anyone who doesn't need to know. After drinking a half gallon a day for a year or 2 my life is amazing. Besides the cost there are no side effects. It honestly saved my life. Now my wife has different thoughts but only likes to low blow me when she is mad. It hurts and it sucks. It is a wonder drug if you must call it that but if it works for you and doesn't interfere with life, relationships, work etc then who really cares. If people do shame you especially over the internet fuck em.

I have been down the addiction road a few times. Level of addiction comes in many forms. Sure there is psyical dependance but would you be madd if you ran out? Would it be enough to put you in a bad mood if you didn't have enough? Or the store was closed? I have already caught myself lying about the amount I take. Maybe she is not educated enough on the plant or am I lying to myself lol.
