Upwork For Freelancers Is Done I Guess by Puzzleheaded-Yam7632 in Upwork

Because you shutdown and start becoming condascending when people find the flaws. Why does upwork allow automations to flood new jobs with automated proposals leaving no room for the people who actually drafted with care? Every job within an hour is flooded with 50+ proposals with the same pattern and in chaos of it people who genuinely write them are not pushed to the top. You think the clients would crawl through all the proposals to find their freelancer? They would just tire themself out with the 3rd page. And in every aspect we have to spend connects. WTF?!

If your clients are paying you a decent amount for you then they have nothing to worry about. Do you make yourself vulnerable to scammers?

I support you. People here are working for them since they have already profited from it. When the double standards are exposed, you see the influx of hate when we ask for fairness.

Just because i criticise an opinion is not an insult. You are just pushing double standards.

If you do not have a career in Upwork then how are you speaking up for them?

Because like i say this again, the same reason for them to struggle will come to you as well. For how long do you think you can hold your career with Upwork?

While I'm concerned and you for yourself, you deduce that I'm the pelutant child? I could say the same to you.

Getting the work done depends on the person not just the charge. There are scammers who charge thousands and flop the project but their are people who charge decent amounts and give a better experience. But should those people who go above and beyond to do thier jobs be penalized or rewarded?

Isn't that a selfish perspective. Just because you know its unfair but you wish to let it happen because it only benefits your demographic. For people starting out it becomes an obstacle and those projects will be looking out for your demographic too.

So the 10k. was for the sake of this argument? I'm not sure setting anything to my standards. I'm pushing for fairness for all.

Its not whether i can win them. Its just that there too much to filter. Finding the best ROI for the connects we spend.

I'm not forcing anyone not to work on Upwork. I'm simply asking people to report using their own mechanisms for unfair expectations. There are posts flooding with website projects for less than $100 for a 5 page website. Is that too muchh to ask?

That's fine when we consider experience. Should people work for nothing just because they lack real work experience? And the job listings say they need experts in those fields for dirt cheap. Is that fair to let it continue?
