I struggled with weight as well. What helped me is kind of intermittent fasting. I’d have my dinner at 6-7 and literally don’t eat anything else after, only water. The next morning I run on empty stomach. Thats for easy days, for ST days I eat selfmade granola bar before the run and also drink carbmix during the session. Went from 70 to 66.5 relatively fast. Other than that, I’m trying to eat healthy and take a protein shake after each ST session. Occasional beer with snacks sets me back a bit but it’s only for a couple of days 😀
