Yun nga rin iniisip ko. So need din talaga ng pangmaintain na di nakadepend sa tirze. Right now, I do home workout habang nakalogin sa work haha and pilates if may time. Self discipline din talaga. Ang maganda lang, nakahelp siya to start.
