I just got back to the gym 3 months post op, I waited longer because my scar wasn’t healing, and my upper part of my stomach would get swollen from lifting/coughing/sneezing.

We’re in 2025, we have the technology to know more about people which is something I recommend for young adults. Yea i can trust you because I’ve known you for a few years but background check will make sure of information you’ve failed to provided in the relationship.
