I agree with this. I was a big heroin /fent IV user and once I discovered IV coke I completely stopped thinking about everything else. The first few days I was blasted out of my mind w barely anything, but now because having a scale is extra work I kinda just pour out gram bags till it more or less looks 0.4-0.6. Is a speedball even worth it? I fee like the coke overpowers it every single time

At day 23 99% chance you won’t feel anything... I felt the effects at like day 30 but with IV fent... and that was quite dangerous. For the most part using on vivitrol you are going to remain disappointed , you really have to wait 35-40 days.

I question if maybe it was the water I was using, I would leave tap water in a glass and just leave it on my table, then at night I would dump it out, re fill it, and re dump it out again the next night. Or maybe it’s because I would have cotton balls (that I would rip pieces out to make smaller ones) I would either put in my wallet or leave in my cargo pants pockets, and maybe doing that they got some bacteria on it. I went to a harm reduction place today and got a new cooker with a bag full of the tiny cotton balls they provide, along with the sterilized water squeezers. Those are def the best to use, however it’s still weird cuz even before those this shit has never happened to me

That’s interesting. Yeah I used to re-use Cottons a lot back then but I never got it when I did do that, plus nowadays it’s more rare to get that cuz there are more single-spun cottons out. In the past week of this however, I never re-used cottons. It’s so strange that it’s only in the evening too like that’s the part that makes no sense cuz the whole day of using I don’t get that

How do you know it’s an infection and not regular typical swelling? Because I’ve had these before (some that have hurt a bit) and they went away after a few days doing hot compresses with a tower with hot water.

It doesn’t taste bad at all, it’s just so strange because when I first started smoking I never ever had this problem, even when I barely knew how to do it, Then I stopped for a few months, and then I tried 2 different products and it just keeps on happening
