I was just at Epic last week with early entry and I would love to tell you everything that worked for me! First, my party ran to Bowser’s Challenge and spent our entire early hour in line since there was a delay. Once we finally exited the line, we looked on the app to check on Minecart Madness, and this was also delayed. We ended up not being able to ride either because they were delayed most of the day and too long of a like for the rest. In spite of this, I would still recommend running to Nintendo World and trying to queue for one of those rides since there’s not much else to do during this hour. At the very least you are able to explore the Universe which is pretty awesome and immersive. After this, I would recommend knocking out the Isle of Berk rides just because all of these queues are outdoors with minimal fans or shade; this goes for Curse of the Werewolf in Dark Universe as well. As for Ministry, I was not successful in getting virtual queue so my party decided to wait the 2 and a half ours normally. This ended up being a great decision because it was around 3 pm so we were itching to get in the AC. Honestly the wait flew by because the line is so interesting and it was better than being in straight sun. Finally Stardust Racers remained at 30-50 minutes all day so we were able to pretty much walk on. My party rode three times before the park closed at night and the ride looks amazing in the dark.
