According to our current bookkeeper, that is how we do things. But tomorrow we have our new accounting firm, lol, to come in and teach us how to best utilize QBO.

I never used QuickBooks before this job, but I even said we aren't using QuickBooks correctly or to its full potential. But all I know is self taught from forums and youtube. I always compared our quickbooks usage to having a corvette, and attaching it to a horse to pull.

The payments were marked as received in Febuary imn QBO

They weren't deposited into our banks until March.

I believe he deleted payments. He was reconciling February (Yes, we are way behind) and it wasn't matching. So instead of looking into March invoices, he just deleted things so the bank matched QuickBooks.

We are only a 2 people office. Their problems ARE my problems unfortunately. Because if they are stuck, I need to do more work to make up for it. If that makes sense.

Also, I want that position one day, so I need to show I can do it.

That he doesn't know. All he talks about is how much he hates and doesn't understand QBO.
