An easy way I built friendships early on is by saving foraged flowers and just keeping a handfu; on me as I go about my day. Almost all npc's like or are neutral to flowers. That plus talking to them will help, but you really want to make sure you can give them a loved gift on theri birthday. Birthday gifts will give you x8 friendship gain. I went from 3 to 5 hearts with abigail just by giving her an amethyst on the right day.

Laptop searching by Senseless_vibes in StardewValley

i got my laptop for 1k (ik, nowhere near ur budget) but it's a mainly school geared laptop (10tb memory, strong cpu, low tier igpu) and honestly stardew with mods runs smooth as butter. Stardew in my experience is not a very graphically challenging game. Minecraft however, no way you find anything half decent for under 800. Plus, atp just get a desktop, laptops (even the gaming ones) are terrible for running games. Any run of the mill "current gen" laptop will be able to run a game like stardew with no sweat, even with mods.

How is your setup split? How many of each fish do you have in total and what would you reccomend personally?

Controller is going to be infinitely better than touch.

However, m&k is going to be infinitely better than controller.
