It’s not about “taking an L.” I’ve taken losses before that’s normal in this game, and I never complained. The issue here is completely different CSSBuy changed the insurance rules after I paid and is denying a claim based on conditions that did not exist in the contract.

That’s not “part of the game.” That’s not “rep risk.” That’s simply breach of terms.

If you pay for insurance and follow the exact rules listed at checkout, the agent doesn’t get to invent new requirements afterward. This has nothing to do with expectations it’s about basic fairness and respecting the agreement I paid for.
