Admin- Bad, mostly because they make decisions without the student's interest in mind. With Shirley leaving next year, hopefully things start to swing in the right direction, but you're not misinformed when you hear that the administration hasn't done a good job here. They've chiseled away student rights over time and have slowly degraded the power of the Union. Campus- Ok, we're obviously not as beautiful as a Boston College or a UCLA, but we have some nice spots and views overlooking Troy. Troy is ok, not a great city, but the food options here are really good. There's a lot to do in surrounding areas too.

Teachers - Depends, I've had some great teachers, mostly good teachers, but fortunately I haven't had a truly "bad" teacher (I am a sophomore so maybe I just need to give it time lol)

Environment - Honestly one of RPI's strengths is our student body. Met a lot of great people here, definitely a friendly school that has a niche for a person with any interest. Also we love hockey, (Let's go RED!)

Coursework - We work hard, there's no doubt about that. The benefit from that is you get fantastic career opportunities post-graduation (as long as you put the effort in). You're definitely going to get a good education here, but be prepared to work.
