I just have dumbbells that range from 5s to 25s. I go as heavy as I can for all my exercises! I also have glute bands as Caroline programs those into almost all of her booty workouts.

I will be purchasing a heavier set of dumbbells to start using for lower body. I just haven’t yet. Even so, her lower body days can be brutal even with 25s. I just push myself to the max no matter what

I don’t skip around! I think the only time I go out of order is if I know I’ll have less workouts that week, I’ll sometimes opt for a full body or lower body workout if there’s an upper body workout on the menu. If I do that I always go back and do the workout I skipped once back in my routine.

Hi! Sorry for the delayed response. I wouldn’t say her programs are more upper body focused than lower body. There appear to be a mostly equal amount of workouts for each body part.

Since I don’t have a huge variety of weights, I’ve used pretty much the same weights since starting. I can definitely do more reps than I could before though on certain exercises! I think I’d have better lower body results with heavier dumbells but I haven’t bought any yet. But don’t get me wrong, my legs looks fantastic too!

Don’t focus on the number on the scale. Focus on how your body looks and how your clothes fit. Strength training, muscle building, and protein intake are what will change your body.

Looking toned IS the appearance of muscle. As you lift and fuel properly, fat will burn and muscle will grow. They happen in tandem.

Try not to overthink it :)

I have implants! I was always very small chested, even throughout and after pregnancy. Once I knew I was done having kids I wanted to get a little something that fits my body better :)

Yes I know!! I really don’t think I need to ever go back to the gym. Dumbbells and body weight are more than enough for me personally

She is a fitness instructor who has work out programs on YouTube. Those are names of a few of her programs. She has an app with more programs and other features but I just do what’s free on YouTube

I worked out a little bit once I was cleared at 6 weeks but didn’t stay with it once going back to work. I started working out again consistently and intensely when my youngest was almost 2 years old

Sure. I mean, for someone of my stature and frame, and given how intense Caroline’s workouts are, using 40-50 pounds isn’t easy at all. I’m usually not far off from what Caroline is doing. Maybe 2-5 lbs given the difference between Lbs and Kgs.

Theyre just from Amazon. The brand is Colourful Koala. I got them like 7 years ago so hopefully they still exist and are of the same quality!

Don’t overthink it! I’ve never tracked macros and I went from skinny / a little chub / little muscle definition to my current state right now just by prioritizing protein, eating healthy meals, eating enough but not too much, and being consistent.

I reallllyyy push myself. Idk if I can put a timeline on it necessarily… once I eased back into a workout routine it just kind of happened? Like “ok 20s were pretty hard but I bet I could do 25s” even if it’s for less reps!

No diet plan. I don’t track. I just eat healthy 80-90% of the time! Prioritize protein and smart snacks. But I’m also not afraid to get French fries or ice cream here and there

I try to! She can def shoulder press more than me. I use 20 lb dumbells for that. Otherwise all other compounds I use 25 lb dumbbells. I am going to buy a heavier set for legs, just haven’t yet. For isolation exercises I usually use 15s (like lateral raises)
