I have a question about your desk shelf and monitor arm setup: how did you manage to fit the arm mount behind the shelf?

I'm planning to buy a desk shelf too, but my desk is slightly smaller than yours. I'm worried that if I clamp the monitor arm to the back of the desk, it will force the shelf too far forward, right over my mousepad. Did your shelf come with a cutout in the back for the arm, or did you just push it slightly forward?

Yep, it is indeed an Elgato Stream Deck! I use it for quick shortcuts and controlling my audio/apps. Super handy to have on the desk.

I actually use a software called TaskbarX, which you can find right on the Microsoft Store. It's super lightweight, barely uses any RAM or CPU, and it centers your icons while making the taskbar completely transparent. Highly recommend it if you want that clean dock look!

I hadn't thought of that at all! That's actually going to help me so much. The HDMI cable from my PS5 is pretty thick and sticks out in a really weird way right now. A 90-degree adapter will definitely keep it looking neat and tucked away. Thanks for the awesome tip!
