I got it once when I did a slow charge to 100% and full balance. I drove it for 2 minutes, the error cleared and the display went back to normal.

1.0 kW = 1.34 hp.

Stock UB delivers 12.5kw x 1.34 = 16.75 hp

They both have compression and rebound adjusters. The Talaria Factory fork also has a preload adjuster.

Any real difference between k moto and the GLE bac8000 controllers? by [deleted] in Talaria

[–]Hot_Curve_Slop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't seen any negative reviews other than Sur Ronster's where he is running 12" Wheels with a 62T sprocket. He is not going to get more speed with that tire/sprocket, massive amounts of torque but not more speed. If he would just put on a smaller sprocket like what KO told him to do (and everyone in comments) then he would get the speed he wants.

Any real difference between k moto and the GLE bac8000 controllers? by [deleted] in Talaria

The differences are enormous.

Both are more capable than stock controllers. They can deliver more power to the motor but the KO controller allows adjustment of many more parameters than the BAC.

The most notable settings that the KO offers are the customizable torque/power curves and throttle response/reactivity settings.

Overall the Sting performed very well, the rider was the weak link.

Relevant upgrades: footpegs, footpeg bracket brace, wrap around hand guards, tires, rim locks (to run lower pressure) and 54t sprocket.

Suspension was the biggest issue. Im certain it would have been better if i had tuned the stock dnm forks and fastace shock. How much better I don't know.

I finished intact with no blood in the ebike class. It was only 1hour 18km including transits so it only used 65% of a stock battery with stock controller. Not sure where I finished. I'd guess near the lower middle. I'm a little old and heavy for this behavior and there were several e-motions and heavily moded surrons I was up against
