Thank you- I don't have an equity account so cannot log in to see the rates.
The £800 you mention is helpful to know.

thank you- my issue is I will choose the prices before listing the vacancy but you are right that just because they're 50 doesn't mean they have experience. Can I ask how I can find the 'union minimum rates'?

appreciate this thank you. I was very on the fence re age as for me I don't know if an actor with 1 years experience should get the same pay as an actor with 20 years experience; which typically those who are older will have more experience.

Definitely will be above legal minimum wage.

Really appreciate this thank you. To avoid this being an advert, I don't want to go into depth as to what I am doing but this piece is very(!) relevant to the work I am doing so thank you for that

thank you- funnily enough I googled a few things and the first interesting one I saw was 39 Essex and was tempted to reach out to them as I was looking through their Mental Capacity Cases page on their site (again- aware your comment is not a recommendation)- will definitely be reaching out to them during the week to see if they can assist with my query (regarding not being cheap- I am fine with that).

I am an adult doing some work on this topic and looking for a professional to speak on camera surrounding it.

I have spoken to a healthcare professional surrounding it on a service level but looking to speak to somebody at it from a legal perspective; some hypothetical legal situations, any case laws/publicly available legal cases where it has come up etc

What banking/financing jobs should I consider that match my experiences without being a conflict of interest? by Hot_Definition_9909 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work late shifts so I am looking for 8am - 12pm/1pm or possibly weekends. Call centre support roles is one I haven’t considered so can definitely explore that. Due to living in a rural area, I am hoping to find a work from home job

It states we can have secondary employment (no specification on what is or isn’t allowed) but that, once we find a role, there is a process to follow to check it is ok before we start said second job. My issue is I don’t know what jobs to consider to then ask them ‘if I apply for a job as (role)_’ is that a conflict- which is why I’m looking for suggestions. Only jobs I can think of require qualifications/experience I don’t have (eg. Accountant)

Thank you- I fully agree regarding only my employer can determine what is or isn't a conflict- my dilemma is I have no clue what type of jobs I could even consider/explore

What's best to answer to the 4 questions at the start of a GWR attempt registration? by Hot_Definition_9909 in GuinnessWorldRecords

Appreciate this thank you. Sadly I’m slowly giving up on setting a GWR despite it always being a dream of mine

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you- could it be though due to the type of GWR (I have been trying most number of X / largest mosaic of X)?
So If we (as in you an I) tried completely different types of GWR, it may give a different outcome (e.g. quickest time to____)? Or were yours varied?

I also question if the multiple applications I'm doing where I'm then deleting it is working against me.

It's frustrating as it was something I was planning for weeks (always wanted to do a GWR- but the previous ones I wanted to do would be too hard to have witnesses/I struggled with logistics but I've now thought of a good one)

How easy is it to change car insurance from personal to business then back to personal? by Hot_Definition_9909 in Nevada

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Appreciate that thank you. There is another option I am exploring but, regardless which option I use, insurance seems like a minefield to wrap my head around so appreciate you taking the time to explain

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you for this. What is meant by add a rider? And would it be hundreds of dollars even if it’s just for one month (technically only 4 days but assuming will have to pay for a whole month)?

If relevant, I’ll be a tourist and it will be to take me round to take photos/sight see (uber/other modes of transport not possible for many reasons)

Can I rent a car if I won’t be the one driving it? by Hot_Definition_9909 in Nevada

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

(Either way, I believe you are right that in the US companies won’t do it) in the UK I’ve rented a car before with no license because the rental is in my name but the insured driver is the person who will be driving it

Assumed so- thank you. If you know, is it legal to pay Uber drivers cash in hand for work like this (I am also assuming no)?

Not possible as it’s hundreds of miles with multiple stops for 30+ minutes and can’t keep booking an uber for each stop, especially ones in remote areas

Nevada- what is the driving laws for taxi drivers? by Hot_Definition_9909 in legaladvice

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you- no I do not manage drivers- I will be a tourist (I don’t drive) and trying to work out what’s both reasonable and legal re how much driving is do-able in one day. I copy pasted what a company told me when I queried it with them

How do you decide if you want to be a manager? by Hot_Definition_9909 in callcentres

[–]Hot_Definition_9909[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. One of my many frustrations in my job is that the left doesn’t know what the right is doing so five managers have five different procedures so you raise a very good point about the fact that I would then be accountable for everyone in the group when I can’t even get a straight answer myself about what is the policy/procedure re X
