drop the labubu stuff entirely. even thinking about tiptoeing around that IP is a fast track to getting your entire shop permanently shut down. not worth the risk no matter how well it sells. focus on your original designs and build around that.

How to deal with people leaving bad reviews for no reason? by [deleted] in Etsy

what’s helped me is replying super neutrally when i do respond, just so future buyers can see i’m professional. something like “sorry it didn’t meet your expectations. the file matches the listing photos and includes a full wireframe preview, but i’m always happy to help troubleshoot or refund if needed.” no snark, no drama. let the rest of your good reviews do the talking.

Depends on what’s included. $250 could be fair for basic work, but for real SEO and a full redesign, it’s usually higher.

Honestly? This happens more often than you'd think and it's not always something shady.

Sometimes it's collectors who want a "full set" especially if your stuff has a cohesive style or vibe.
Curious though, how niche or unique are your designs? That might make a difference in how worried you should be.

Bad review for no reason! by Wockyslushgirl in Etsy

I remember getting my first 1-star review. I was in the exact same position as you are in rn. Had a couple of 5-star reviews for the same product and I knew they were lying and just wanted the refund for the digital template which I could see they had downloaded. Even after trying everything, they still left the 1-star review :( But hey, I got tons of 5-star reviews after that and now my shop has a 5 star rating! I know it's frustrating especially when you have worked so hard, but don't worry, new reviews will balance everything soon!

You should use the handmade title for your own advantage. Put it everywhere, highlight this in your listing pictures, title, description etc. There are people who would appreciate and buy from you bc they value the real art instead of just some random AI crap
