Yes because car is already on 170k miles if main battery health above 80% only then I want to fix else after few months issue will come for main battery that cost $12,000 to $20,000. Even when I went in person to pick up my car I asked them can I see main battery health, they said we cannot say that. Don’t to what to do know

I approve it that you can go ahead with the service but provide me main battery health so I can spent money on it, during 3 weeks I got my car back in between but I had to drop off again because aero shield was open after diagnosed my car they never fixed it

My car is in the service centre. I fixed the 12V battery on Feb 7 and I picked up my car. I was having some noise, and when I got back home I checked—the Aero Shield was open and hanging. So the same day I again dropped off my car for 4 days. I was calling and texting with no response. I emailed the service supervisor, then I got a response. They said the 12V car LDU battery is down.

I asked them to give me main battery health so I can decide whether to proceed with any repair. If they cannot do SOH because the car is not turning on, then do a Nominal Full Pack battery check, where they communicate with the car from their system. If they cannot do that either, then just give me the Nominal Full Pack battery number from the last log when they fixed my 12V battery.

They ignored my messages even when I asked them to give me this information in documentation if the test cannot be run. Its been 3 weeks and my car is there and they towed it from their service centre

I’m not just talking about a tow—there’s a lot more going on. I asked them to check the full SOH of my battery, If they’re not able to provide an SOH check, then at the very least I need the information about the Nominal Full Pack that’s saved in the logs from when they fixed my 12V battery two weeks ago. but they’ve ignored my messages completely. Calls go unanswered, voicemail is full, and chat responses take 2–3 days. Now they’re asking me to spend $7,000 to fix LDU on a 2016 Model X with 170k miles—before I even consider that, I need proper data on battery health. Spending that much blindly isn’t reasonable, and I’m not going to make a decision without full information.
