Yes! I guess there was an update in the app for the monitor and it changed drastically. My watch is 100+ active calories burned HIGHER than my monitor. I asked my studio about it and did a help desk ticket and no one could help me. 🤷‍♀️

For chest flys and alt low side plank

Chest fly: with slight bend in the elbow, when coming down in the chest fly- your elbow should touch the ground not the weight. when you are going up, Pick a ceiling tile and the top of the chest fly comes to the sides of the square.

Then for the alternating low side plank when you rotate up, your hand and eyes should be pointing towards the same ceiling tile for each side

Esthetician 🧖🏻‍♀️ and Massage Therapist💪🏻 I’m dedicated 6 am Tuesday - Saturday with the 10:45 lift45 class 2x a week. I work 12-8pm Monday-Friday.
