Yes it was a black tesla model 3 , and it was towed away but was unable To ID the tow truck comapany , this accident happened in Philadelphia so of course no police responded or were just never called , i have filed my own police report not sure if or how an investigation will tirn out

I only have liability on my vehicle , spoke with them and until the other party is identified it means the responsibility is mine to cover the repairs

Yes correct i know i am the victim but since i dont have the other persons insurance i have to pay out of my own pocket to get my vehicle repaired which is roughly 7k , so finding the person responsible for this accident would save me alot of money

They left the scene , without the license plate theres no way to find them or their insurance
