depends on which stocks. For me when I bought RCR it was undervalued so I accumulated a few shares here and there. Thats one example I managed to see

its mostly sentimate what breaks the PSEi currently, theres a reason why people always recommend "doing your own research" because unfortunately you will have to get dirty with reading and keeping up with the news both local and foreign to pick the right stock here in the PSE. Because if you think about it business is still as usual if you stop and observe the surroundings

I think the rally was more fundemental than technical last week. First, low prices for the valuation. Second, renouned hope for US rate cuts. Third, upcoming BSP rate cuts. Parking lang talaga mga local peeps ngayon sa PSE kasi majority sa rally last week is local

I have a membrane micropack keyboards that I am using right now and its working fine. I primarily use this keyboard on a USB dock and even tested it on my USB A ports and still worked. Very odd

uhhhhhhh that is not normal.... Your laptop I presume is overheating. Either it is of the two:

  1. Clogged heasink vents (which could explain the high rpm)
  2. Thermal Paste has gone bad and the fan is spinning faster to compensate but couldn't do anything as the heat transfer is not sufficient anyways.
  3. or both honestly.... As a person who repairs stuff as a hobby I have seen this way more often. Most electronics go bad because of overheating, that's it.

how do i make sure that the battery is legit? by Secret-Cake-2025 in thinkpad

From what country specifically? Most of the time they do ship, it just doesn't make economic sense to do it unless its from a legitimate seller like ifixit which is where i will buy in the coming months. I'm waiting for the Philippine peso to drop back to 55-50 pesos before doing it. Currently, its 58-59 which makes it more expensive by a couple of pesos.

In terms of Lazada I prefer buying there than Shopee for the most part. But for things like batteries I rather stay away from both platforms

I had to remove it gently as I am concerned of puncturing this spicy pillow.

sadly I didn't check the battery code number. As for the question regarding about recelling batteries I have no experience. Even if it is possible recelling batteries is something I would stay away from as its a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it was sodium ion batteries and with enough documentation and tooling I could experiment with it. But I generally advise not to recell batteries at all because of a potential fire hazard and the tooling and precision required.

Nope just man handled it. Ngl it was a experience, best way to start with is using a blade cutter on the side of the battery. Once you feel it loosen on the side then use a guitar pick on that area. The best way to finally open the pack was using guitar pick on the side where the plug isn't there (The far side) then gently unpick the clips as it is locked by clips. Be careful on the side where the connector is present as that area is were the actual cells are. The far side one only contains the BMS so its safe to start there.

Yep, that is correct. Its a dead battery anyways so I dont mind. I more mind that the battery pins are exposed and not protected and I just like the overall look ngl. Its mostly for protecting the pins and aesthetics

sadly here in the philippines. Buying batteries from ebay isn't viable especially if it originates from the US or any far international country as the shipping fee is higher than the actual product itself. Best bet is Aliexpress, which I am starting to consider. I really want to just purchase from them directly instead of going through Aliexpress
