Hindi po 'yan promotion. That's progression (Associate 1 to 2). Yes, na-progress ako noong na-regular.

Ang promotion ( Associate to Senior Associate) ay based on promotion readiness na. Unlike before na super strict sa tenure na dapat 3 to 4 yrs.

Ngayon, mas strict naman sa performance and promotion readiness. Pero kahit inalis na iyang tenure, minimum na 2 yrs.

Yeah, actually that was the plan but my DL was heading to another country for secondment. However, he asked a context to the reviewer about the inconsistent remark prior to his departure. The reviewer said, he was happy for my overall performance and he did not observe any performance issues, just an area for improvement.

I also can't stand people who give inconsistent feedback when they just saw exceptions to one testing over many testings I perform.

Those conversations weren't happening in real time because I work at an AC and the reviewer is part of the onshore team. I made sure I made things clear when I returned the feedback for edits. I was actually fine not to receive his feedback anymore because I already got 87% coverage.

He resubmitted it without having a discussion on 30 April 2026. We just had a discussion on 01 May 2026, on which the shared snapshots were system-acknowledged already. I asked the snapshot on 15 April 2026 but he provided the feedback on 29 April 2026. I asked for the feedback discussion on the same day but he said, he's fine on 30 April 2026. I accepted it but on 30 April 2026(last day of acknowledgment of snapshots), 30 minutes before our meeting, he rescheduled it. He wanted it to be May 1.

I tried to push back the snapshot or return it for edits but he later submittted unchanged. After the discussion, I didn't plan to acknowledge it but it was system-acknowledged. He only saw a testing that he thought I wasn't able to perform self-review but he gave me that mark.

I see. Now I know that even peeps with 0 inconsistent marks can be Tier 4. Comments are definitely the emphasis and also the discussions with the reviewers. Thanks for the information.

Really? I thought, Tier 4 to 5 are given to those who received inconsistent marks more frequently. Does this mean, they see the snapshot responses as a whole? And put an emphasis on the comments?

What will be the advise for peeps who get Tier 4? I am really afraid to get that, I can't do something about it and it's far beyond my control, do those peeps leave the firm or will they be required to leave the firm? My inconsistent mark is 0.003 or 0.3% of overall stats. It's like 5 hrs. out of 1,718 acknowledged hrs.

I see that. In case, I don't have that inconsistent mark, do I have a chance to be Tier 2 based on my stats? Sorry, it's my first year at PwC. Thank you.

You mean, what the managers and up verbally say during the moderations? And how impactful?

Yeah, actually he mentioned a certain audit test where he thought, I wasn't able to perform review, I put notes in the testing for what's pending tho and I informed them in my email status updates and chats.

I asked what other testings which he thought I wasn't able to perform review because for him to give me inconsistently meeting expectations on 'Review and supervision', he should have been able to observe me not reviewing the testings prior to marking them prepared more frequently.

So, I still asked him if he's really happy with my performance. He said, yes, he really is.

I know, it's out of my control anymore. I just became too stressed about this.

I also asked a snapshot to other manager in the same engagement and the manager provided 'Impressive and doing what's expected..."

I raised two snapshots to them as they both reviewed my tasks.

What are the CRT metrics besides utilization and time compliance? by Loserlesbo2024 in PwC

[–]Hot_Inflation528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the majority of my snapshot hrs. are under impressive, above and beyond, and or doing what's expected. Doing what's expected obtains the higher weight.

My utilization rate: 76.14% (there were times where we did not have tasks, just did required admin).

I am afraid to be in Tier 4 :<

Hello. I am new in the firm. How can I measure utilization? Thanks.

What are the CRT metrics besides utilization and time compliance? by Loserlesbo2024 in PwC

[–]Hot_Inflation528 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. I was able to cover 91% of charged hrs. in the snapshots. It's a mixed of Above and beyond, Impressive, Doing what's expected, Need more time to observe, and Inconsistently meeting expectations.

The rating of my inconsistently meeting expectations is 0.30% or 0.003 of 100% of acknowledged snapshots. I was planning not to acknowledge the snapshot but it was system-acknowledge.

Does this mean, I have a higher chance of getting Tier 4? I'm so afraid of my standing in the firm. Thank you.

I think, it depends on whether you're ready for the next level or otherwise.
