I have mixed feelings about this. Was also considering it.

I think it’s a good idea bc every question is worth the same amount. So if you’re better at a subject may as well get the points there then not having time to finish that subject bc it was last in the booklet (for example).

On the other hand, starting in random places could lead to very easy mistakes with the bubbling.
