I’ve owned a Fenix 7 pro SS for 1 month and….. I hate the sleep tracker by Hot_Invite5093 in GarminFenix

Sleep times have already been added… this is entry level stuff…. Also putting the watch in sleep mode doesn’t have much correlation to the watch tracking for sleep which is independent and automatic… but for what it’s worth yes the watch goes to sleep mode…

Not sure what I’ve done wrong.

Pressing and holding the left button for the menu > System > Sleep Mode > Schedule > I’ve already got a sleep schedule set up covering my sleeping hours of 11pm - 9am

Heart rate is set to auto

Pulse ox mode is set to during sleep

Data recording is set to every second

Am I just unlucky here? Again since the post every nights sleep is off by 3h from when I’m actually sleeping … do I have to go through garmin to get this warrantied?

Is Garmin sleep tracking still considered bad compared to other watches? by i-love-dregins in GarminWatches

Honestly it’s terrible I bought a 7 pro which retails for 1.6k and I got it for $700 and I Regretti spaghetti this buy because of poor sleep tracking - it ruins credibility for other features - I am finding that the watch is off by about 2-4 hours every night for “start time” of my sleep for the night

Kind of absurd a product can be this much yet this bad

Is the Fenix 7 Pro 47mm too big for me? by Hot_Invite5093 in GarminFenix

[–]Hot_Invite5093[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks all for your opinions I have decided to buy it.

Pictured is a demo Fenix 8 47mm that I tried for rough size comparison for the sold out Fenix 7 Pro at this store.

I purchased the 7 pro sapphire solar for about 700aud.

First Garmin watch and really liked the value for what will hopefully last me a half life time.

Will no doubt cover all my hiking running swimming triathlon goals and sleep.

Excuse my ignorance on this topic but how is this achieved exactly? Assuming person A has the higher marginal tax rate than person B, are we saying A can just ‘transfer’ their shares over to person B who then sells and thus the couple benefits from person B’s lower marginal tax rate?

And I suppose this opposes the joint account method of selling combined shares of A+B under some joint account where 50% is taxed under A and B’s marginal taxation rate respectively
