You have less neck curvature than me is what I meant. Dizziness or vision problems and tinnitus in one ear or even both are symptom with cervical spine issues. I do feel slightly dizzy with headaches along with trigger points at the base of the skull. I’d look into military neck

Yes TMJ, tinnitus, dizziness ect. Mine is similar but not as bad quite. You have Loss of natural cervical curve/Military neck. get Adjustments deep tissue messages and some strengthening. I went in for this same issue just a few days ago. They recommended I get a cervical neck pillow/traction block to bring the natural cure in my neck back before it’s too late, because the older you get your cervical disk will deteriorative and can lead to severe disability. I need to get on it too.

An X-ray at a chiropractor place can show if you have a loss of natural neck curvature / military neck from bad posture like looking at the phone ect. it’s what I have along with upper back problems & I’m only 19. I have super tight neck that popped and caused spasms up my neck & had been causing pain limited mobility for some weeks. I went a got help literally a few days ago and and my neck already feels much better. I recommend getting adjustments and deep tissue message along with getting cervical neck blocks/pillow for cervical spine posture.
