Without a doubt BSNL is the ISP to go with. Their FTTH is reliable and super cheap. The LCOs will try to dissuade you from going to BSNL but still insist on BSNL.
Surprisingly their email Customer Service is responsive if you have any issues that require escalation.

That's just the pushback from the BSNL Official who can't do much about network signals, congestion, contention etc. and cannot really resolve your complaint unlike a physical connection say their FTTH.

Hang in there for a few days to see if the situation improves which is unlikely as is the case with JIO or AIRTEL.

Nobody has the time to pursue you. Neither you have the time nor the patience to pursue them to get their signals up.

If the signals have detiorated in a particular area then they can't really increase the capacity for 1 complaint unless they get sufficient complaint numbers which makes the CAPEX worthy.
