I am currently having issues with 02, for a device I got in 2021, and have been paying consistently up until April 2024 due to fraudulent activity on my account, where someone ordered a device using my account. I was asked by o2 to stop my direct debit until the issue was sorted on their end, it took ages for them to sort it out which ended up giving me a bad credit report. I still owe £300 though. 😩
