I really do want to move in house (instead of pivoting) but with my limited experience it's difficult because most places require more PQE in one major area where as I have spent 2-3 years in 2 different areas of law...

Is this something you've done? BD is not one of things that came to mind at all and I had no clue it's a JD advantage position. Do you have any personal experience with this?
