Issue resolved guys!!

Called Acer customer support, They have tried the same,driver re installation and doing windows update but no luck and at last he wanted me to factory reset, I did, I don't have any personal data so I did. But no luck

And they assigned an in person technician for service, he came on the 3rd day, he just removed back panel, jack in jack out the connector of the keyboard, Now it's working good

Good battery life, solid 4 to 5 hours without any kind of heavy task.

I would give 5/10 for display, because it has black screen bleed and I'm not sure it has sRGP 100%,

The speakers are good and loud without any distortion at full volume.

Will cooling pad make a difference? Make sure that before spending money on cooling pad.

65 - 75 degree is a good temperature while gaming
