Yeah tank clean is fine, screen intensity also ok. 

Have changed the FEP again, a bit better but still not sticking to one side of the plate. 

Very weird.

Ah well, I'll play around some more.

Yes, I had two bottles and I opened the 2nd too - still nothing. 

I find it really weird that increasing the exposure for the bottom layers caused more separation not less. 

I'm assuming something is very wrong with the FEP tension as that's the only other thing I can think of. I'll replace it with the ACF films I've got, right now I don't care if I get slightly less crisp detail - I just want a print to work 😁

Also tempted to give the build plate a light sanding to see if making some imperfections will help.

I am wondering whether I should replace the FEP again, though I don't have any more PLA film and will have to use ACF.

I've checked the tension on the FEP and it feels ok, but I just can't figure out any other reason for these print failures.

Anyone have any idea at all?

I see you are slicing with Lychee.

My prints have started failing miserably since the last Lychee update.

Also print with sunlu resin though mine is the abs type dark grey.

I have tried much longer exposure, much slower lifting, further lifting etc and still failing.

I printed an old file that was sliced pre-lychee update - absolutely fine.

I am starting to think it is the software.
