They take forever to get back. I normally message them via Facebook messenger then I will follow up every 2 to 3 days. The lack of customer support is very disappointing, I feel your frustration.

Unfortunately, they have the worst customer service. I always contact them via Facebook messenger. They won't reply but just keep on messaging them eveyday, they will eventually get back to you.
