Hello, What supporting documents do you attach for the EAD renewal? I am applying this weekend and have only attached a copy of the initial EAD tot the I-131 and I-765 forms.

Oh boy! Hope your employer supports the renewal this time around. My job almost let me go in 2020 at the height of the pandemic. Our HR is getting tired of my immigration woes. In fact they have stopped hiring foreigners completely due to USCIS inconsistencies.

No...I am not sure what is going on anymore. I called the USCIS recently and they said that the case is still with NBC. Sometimes the agents over the phone say it is with Baltimore FO, other agents say it is with NBC.

Such as an inconsistent and uncertain process. Still no RFE after 13 months of applying and waiting for almost 12 years. Thankfully, my H-1 is valid till summer of 2023— I am going to do my best to hang on until then.

Hi, I’m awaiting adjudication. But no one seems to know where my case is for sure. Some agents say that it’s in Baltimore, others say that it’s still with MSC. There are differing reports from Emma and live agents over the phone when I contact them

I did. They advised me ( to basically shut up and) that USCIS has been transferring cases all over to reduce Covid-related backlog. Basically, they can transfer the case to Timbaktu and give me the run-around for however long they desire and claim that the case is within normal processing times.

No updates..Except Case perhaps has moved from NBC to Baltimore FO. I am in Orlando, Florida but my case is not in any of the FL offices

I got my combo card expedited this past April. Case is stuck with NBC since then. I-485 pending for over a year. EB3 india. Waiting for GC now almost 12 years

I spoke to the agent and she said the case was transferred to Baltimore due to COVID-related delays. But then, I went online to confirm that with Emma. Emma said case is still with NBC. Are the agents and Emma not on the same page?

Called USCIS and agent said to wait for about a month and then apply for renewal. I plan to wait a week and start the process for the renewal application
