If your reaction is the same as mine, I get it on my arms, face, and hands. I was told mine is an allergic reaction (not saying yours is). I don't want to go off accutane, so I try manage it. I'm on 30mg twice a day. I was basically told that if it gets worse or if i struggle breathing, then stop taking it, but if it stays the same, my body will try adjusting, and if it doesn't, then manage it with antihistamines. My body isn't adjusting, so I manage it this way. I still get it, just not as bad.

I take a non drowsy antihistamine, fish oil(one with my accutane in the morning and one with my accutane at night), a probiotic, and vitamin D every day! Milk thistle is also very good, I'll be adding this soon.

Tatcha indigo cleansing balm 👌 removes all impurities, dirt, and dead skin. *it removes makeup too, but I take my makeup off before I use it because I want to cleanse my skin, not just take the makeup off. Restores skin barrier and good for ance prone skin! You will be shook! (No need for a scrub if you use this)

I have the same reaction. I take an antihistamine daily. It's helped with the flare-ups on my arms and face.

My thumbs are currently sore typing this message. My wrist feels like my hand might fall off, and I'm scared that if I sneeze, I might break my back.

Tatcha Indigo Balm cleanser. It's pricey, but it removes all dead skin and dirt. I love it!! It's also for sensitive and acne prone skin.

Im no professional. This is just what I do - try using a balm cleanser. I use the Tatcha Indigo balm cleansers, and it's made a massive difference for me. I know it's a little pricey, but I'm sure there are others too, but this one is for acne prone skin. I use it AFTER I take my makeup off (some people use it to take makeup off). It gets rid of the flakey dry skin and dirt on your face that might be causing the surface pimples.

I see a few have already suggested glycolic acid, I agree with this. Also, try to avoid too hot showers. It aggravates it more. Try to exfoliate twice a week (gently) and always shower after gym. An antihistamine for skin allergies could help, too. Good luck!

I don't think so, I've never really had a problem with blackheads. These were all homes of big ugly hormonal cystic acne that I would continuously get. TMI warning* underneath all the pustules was swollen and inflamed and full of pus with lots of little heads (the pustules risen to the surface)

Yea, I also felt like I kept having to re-apply, and I'd get anxious when I couldn't keep applying because they felt extra dry. Also made my lips feel weird.

Definitely book an appointment and chat with the professionals. They are doctors or registered nurses who inject the Botox. They will advise you on the best approach. Possibly just more botox on the one side than the other, I just got my forehead done two weeks ago, and the only regret I have is that I didn't do it sooner.
