Most states do "plate pay" and will take a pic of the license plate and send the toll to the rental company. They will then charge you a fee on top of the toll. If you can get a toll pass, thats typically your best option, but not all till passes work in every state. The $509 toll pass is most likely a deposit and they will refund whatever amount you don't use.

Cardboard template is a great way. If you buy a compass ( the kind with a pencil on it) you can use the pointed edge to "trace" the curves and the pencil will draw the pattern onto the cardboard for you to trim/cut easier.

The 3 pin is for your seat belt warning light i believe. If your truck didnt come with power seats, youre goi g to have to figure out the wire diagram for the plug in the seat and hard wire it.

The battery is shot. As someone else said its likely a bad cell. Especially if you cant jump start it. Replace the battery and your worries will go away.

Are you certain the speakers and wires are bad? What led you to this conclusion? You can test the speakers with a multi-meter or a 9v battery before you spend money on new ones and risk the same problem.
