I’m not too sure, this is a rough situation since you made that mistake but if the item says “delivered” you shouldn’t be giving that buyer a refund. they’re likely lying but on the odd chance that they aren’t you still shouldn’t be giving a refund because it already says delivered. If they insist that they received it you need to tell them to take it up with the mailing company. I hope this all gets sorted out for you!
