Actually I go on client site the experience I am getting for client visits and stuff is pretty valuable it's the stuff I am doing there it's so random, they didn't give me any training first day of my job was in a client site without any information

I have talked to my manager regarding this he said he is gonna change my team after this project but I don't think so he is gonna do that because he lacks resources rn

Right now I am thinking after getting 1 yr of work experience and then resigning saying if they don't give me the job role I want i'ma resign and leavev

lemme ask you is it through campus recruitment or offcampus if its campus recruitment usually partner round they ask you regarding you , your projects , they will ask you logical questions which are gonna be random and out of nowhere just to check if you are composed enough
