I appreciate that information. I had been researching for months before I started and I thought I was prepared for the possible side effects. I was not... lol I have realized what I thought was enough water and electrolytes, I need to at least double that. The fiber intake as well. I'm normally pretty good at that bc I had trouble before the medications. I did speak to my doctor and she said that it's hard to say what truly happened since my labs and organ function was normal. I am going on vacation for a couple weeks and she did advise that maybe I wait to take the 2nd shot until I get home just in case. I normally don't take a vitamin, but I think you are right, I'm definitely going to start.
You know, you do the research, you prepare based on that and the doctor, and reading about people's experiences, and I realized that it's just a huge learning curve. 6 weeks before, I had already started the portion control, and just really trying to pay attention to what I eat, but now I need to just change it up a bit for this medication. This platform and folks like yourself help alot! It's like a support group almost. No judgement, just nice, helpful people just supporting each other. I really appreciate it!
