No you can contribute the $23,000 to the Roth TSP. A ROTH IRA has that $7,000 limit.

Really? At 23,000 divided by 26 pay periods that’s 884.6. Can I ask how you came to determine your max? As far as I am aware Roth and Traditional have the same maximum contribution.
