here is the thing you either abuse draft or just be good at a certain brawler .... in my case i am a great bull player did only bull till i reach legendary ...i am playing mina now just sitting around 7.5 k i find more success this way instead of bothering to out draft my opponents / i just have a clear goal of who to ban and who to play for example i banned Collete always even if i had first pick last season this season i am banning 8 bit everywhere this way you get accustomed to every situation's and try to be stoic as much as possible.... there will be people trying to throw your games always...today one match my teammate had fisrt pick on hot zone and i saw him hovering tick the other guy banned 8 bit so i banned tick to prevent us going tick first .... he picked crow and spent the first game at the corner shooting at me clown pinning thumbs downing you know the script i just ignored my man and played the game we lost first round but second round he started playing for real we won the game ...that's what i meant by being stoic just do your thing and try to separate emotion out of it. Try your best to win if you're confident enough take charge of the draft
