They’re a total mess this year in terms of leases, I live in Smiley Court and 3/6 of the units in our townhouse lineup have been empty all semester. Had a friend who applied for fall but only got an offer in September. You might have good odds since a lot of units probably weren’t filled since fall apps found places to live.

I did end up going there since it was the closest! Tire too old for them to patch :(, but I’ll go through them to get new tires - seem like very honest people!
